Charming Stay with Historic Elegance
Enjoyed my two-night stay in the beautifully decorated State King Room with a pool view. Breakfast offered a delightful mix of local and international flavors. The attentive staff even arranged a surprise birthday cake for me! Just be prepared for some noise in the mornings.

The hotel exudes colonial charm with attentive staff making the stay memorable. While the room was beautifully decorated, it felt a bit dim and lacked sufficient towels. The dining experience was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, it offered a lovely retreat from city life.

An oasis of luxury with stunning architecture and attentive staff. The breakfast featuring homemade jams was a delightful start to my day, complemented by relaxing poolside afternoons. However, the loud jazz music during breakfast was quite off-putting, despite my requests for it to be turned down. Overall, an enjoyable stay set back by the intrusive atmosphere in public areas.

I loved the incredible architecture and charming colonial vibe of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and provided a true sense of history. The pool area is spectacular, surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. However, I faced some minor challenges during my stay. Upon check-in, the staff seemed slightly confused with the arrangements, leading to a delay. The dinner service took longer than expected, and some orders got mixed up. While the staff worked hard to fix the issues, it occasionally felt disorganized. I also wished for better soundproofing in the rooms, as noise from the hallway could be heard at times. Still, the beautiful setting and overall hospitality made the trip enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Mar 06colonial architecturepool arearefined ambianceservice inconsistenciesroom logistics
The hotel's colonial architecture impresses with elegant design and antique furnishings that embody old-world charm. The pool area, surrounded by lush plumeria trees, creates a serene atmosphere enhanced by traditional percussion music, making it a unique spot to unwind.
Despite the grandeur, the hotel has its shortcomings. During my stay, the much-advertised butler service was nearly non-existent. our dedicated butler was unavailable upon departure which left us feeling unattended. Additionally, the room key is surprisingly heavy and logistics about collecting it were troublesome, leading to a mix-up that caused further inconvenience. The dining experience also fell short. waiting times at the bar were lengthy, and the overall service lacked the fluidity expected at such an establishment.

Lovely and clean hotel.
After confirming my car at check-in, I found out they lost the reservation upon checkout. To top it off, the restaurant staff repeatedly failed to grasp my vegetarian requirements, serving me dishes with meat twice!

Raffles offers an exquisite stay with a blend of history and luxury. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring freshly baked pastries, a variety of organic juices, and traditional Cambodian dishes. The serenity of the large, well-maintained pool provided a perfect escape after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally attentive, managing all my requests efficiently and ensuring a comfortable stay.
Minor upselling upon check-in felt a bit out of place.
